Al-Kuwari to kick off fourth WRC2 season in Mexico
36-year-old Abdulaziz Al-Kuwari has announced he will return to WRC2 for a fourth campaign in as many years. The Qatari will start his season in Rally Mexico, the scene of his maiden WRC2 victory back in 2013. Besides WRC2, Al-Kuwari will also contest the Middle East Rally Championship with his newly acquired Skoda Fabia R5, prepared by Race Pro Team. "A lot will depend on the reliability of the Skoda, it will be my first year driving it," Al-Kuwari told Motorsport.com. "I drove a Ford in the past three years, which was a reliable car."
