The popular Norwegian rally driver and WRC event winner has confirmed he'll be competing in the FIA World Rally Championship's WRC2 category with Citroën Racing and PH Sport in a C3 R5 in a customer car.    32-year-old Ostberg will contest eight rounds of the WRC season with official backing from Citroën Racing, Total and Michelin.
