Mads Ostberg confirms WRC2 programme with Citroën
The popular Norwegian rally driver and WRC event winner has confirmed he'll be competing in the FIA World Rally Championship's WRC2 category with Citroën Racing and PH Sport in a C3 R5 in a customer car. 32-year-old Ostberg will contest eight rounds of the WRC season with official backing from Citroën Racing, Total and Michelin. He will be co-driven by Torstein Eriksen, and this pairing has enjoyed success in 2019 in this category and are aiming for the WRC2 title come the conclusion of the series in November.
